Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

· "Buyer": Refers to the individual or entity purchasing Goods or services from Enli Inc.

· "Enli Inc.": Refers to the provider of Goods or services.

· "Goods": Refers to the products, equipment, or services being sold by Enli Inc. to the Buyer, as described in the invoice or order confirmation.

2. Pricing & Payment

· Price Changes: All prices for Goods are subject to change without prior notice. The price confirmed at the time of order placement will be final for that specific order.

· Payment Terms: Full payment for all Goods must be received by Enli Inc. before dispatch or delivery, unless a specific credit agreement or alternative payment schedule has been formally agreed upon in writing.

· Accepted Payment Method: We exclusively accept bank transfers as the method of payment. Details for bank transfers will be provided though Enli’s sales representative.

3. Delivery & Shipping

· Estimated Delivery: Any delivery dates or times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Enli Inc. will make reasonable efforts to meet these estimates.

· Third-Party Delays: Enli Inc. is not responsible for any delays, loss, or damage incurred during transit once the Goods have been handed over to a third-party courier or shipping service. Enli Inc. will have no obligation or liability for delays caused by any third party.

· Shipping Costs: Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the invoice or order confirmation, all shipping and handling costs, including any customs duties or taxes for international shipments, are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.

· Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for Goods pass to the Buyer upon Enli Inc."s delivery of the Goods to the carrier.

4. Order Cancellation & Returns

· No Order Cancellation: All orders placed with Enli Inc. are final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

· Returns: Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Returns are generally not accepted unless the Goods are deemed defective and fall within the 12-month warranty period.

5. Liability & Warranty

· Improper Use: Enli Inc. shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the Buyer"s improper use, misuse, unauthorized modification, or neglect of the Goods.

· Limited Warranty: A limited warranty applies to specific Goods, exclusively covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accidents, or any form of abuse or improper maintenance.

· Warranty Period: The warranty period for applicable Goods is 12 months from the original shipping date. To make a warranty claim, the Buyer must provide proof of purchase and contact Enli Inc. within the warranty period. Enli Inc. reserves the right to inspect the product to determine the validity of the claim.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

· Information Handling: All Buyer information collected by Enli Inc. will be handled with strict confidentiality and in full accordance with applicable privacy laws in Taiwan.

· Data Sharing: Personal data of the Buyer will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without the Buyer"s explicit consent, except as required for the fulfillment of the order (e.g., shipping information to couriers) or by law.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

· Governing Law: These terms and conditions, and any transactions conducted hereunder, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Taiwan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

· Dispute Resolution: Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or relating to these terms or any transaction shall be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to resolve the dispute exclusively through arbitration or legal proceedings in the competent courts located in Taiwan.

8. General Provisions

· Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Buyer and Enli Inc. regarding the sale of Goods and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and representations.

· Severability: If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the rest of these terms, which shall remain in full force and effect.

· Amendments: Enli Inc. reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or providing notice to the Buyer.
